We visit it: machines, workshops, inventory, records, licenses, headcount. We also check Chinese public records and export references. A trading company does not pass these checks.

The contract provides for penalties and guarantees; we activate a pre-qualified backup supplier. In the first year, replacing a failing supplier is covered by NOVASEA.

NOVASEA Hong Kong pays your suppliers on your behalf: a single invoice, in EUR, USD, GBP or HKD, with the factory price at cost (supplier invoices attached) plus our fees. Typically 30% deposit on order and 70% after accepted pre-shipment inspection; every milestone is verified before payment, always to the factory's account (never a personal account).

FOB to keep control of transport and pre-loading inspection; DDP if you want an all-inclusive landed price and the seller can be the importer in your market (in the US and Canada, your company remains the importer of record). We calculate the landed cost per unit before any order.
