Subcontracting forgives neither guesswork nor material substitution.
A different steel grade, a tolerance not held, a missed surface treatment: the component is unusable and the assembly line stops.

Our teams, as close to the factories as possible.
Our industrial division, led by a former manager of an injection molding factory in Dongguan, works from your 2D/3D drawings, requires mill test certificates, audits the factory's inspection equipment and measures every production run with calibrated instruments. We source in specialized manufacturing hubs: Ningbo and Dongguan for injection molding and die casting, Wenzhou for hardware, Foshan for sheet metal and stainless steel, Taizhou for molds.
What we source in this category.
- CNC machined and turned parts
- Injection-molded and overmolded plastic parts
- Cast iron, steel and aluminum castings
- Cut, bent and stamped sheet metal
- Welded assemblies and chassis
- Tanks, vessels and pressure equipment
- Investment casting and forged parts
- Aluminum and zinc die casting
- Extruded profiles to drawing
- Rubber, silicone and gasket parts

- Railway and marine parts
What we take care of.
Feasibility review with the factory, optimization proposals, quoting by process.
Verified grades, mill test certificates, mechanical and chemical lab testing where required.
Design and manufacturing of molds and dies, customer ownership, wear and maintenance tracking.
Calipers, micrometers, CMM, gauges; measurement reports on a statistical sample.
First inspection and initial validation files in your formats (PPAP, EMPB, FAI AS9102).
Coordination of multiple suppliers to deliver tested, assembly-ready units.
How we work.
Technical review
Drawing, material, finish and standard analysis; identification of critical points.
Sourcing by process
Shortlisting of factories specialized in your process, audit of machines and inspection equipment.
Initial samples
Pre-production parts measured and tested, first inspection report, tooling adjustments.
Production & inspection
Monitored production, dimensional and visual inspection by batch, certificates attached to every shipment.
Frequently asked questions.
Can you handle low-volume runs?
Yes: many partner factories accept batches of 200 to 500 pieces, especially in machining and sheet metal work. The economic threshold depends mainly on tooling.
Who owns the mold?
You do, contractually. The mold is marked with your name, photographed and can be transferred to another factory at any time.
Do you offer European or certified materials?
We can require standardized grades (EN, DIN, ASTM) and provide the certificates; some clients have us source European-brand resins from the mold maker.
