Every marking has its reserved spot from the artwork stage, then is verified on the finished product. Illustration: the five families of markings on a carton.
- 1 · Manufacturer and importer: name, postal and email addresses, batch or SKU
- 2 · Conformity marking (CE, UKCA) if the product is subject to it
- 3 · Waste and sorting pictograms by country (WEEE, batteries; for example Triman in France)

Do you guarantee my packaging compliance?
We incorporate and verify the required statements against a checklist built from the regulations in force, and we coordinate laboratories and partners. Responsibility remains with the manufacturer, the importer and the brand.
Who owns the logo and the files?
You receive a written, signed assignment of the rights of reproduction, representation and adaptation on the logo, the brand guidelines and the artworks (media covered by the contract, worldwide, for the entire legal term of protection), along with the source files; depending on the governing law, a signed assignment (UK, US) and a waiver of moral rights where the law allows. Fonts and images licensed in your name.
What does Amazon Brand Registry require?
A registered or pending trademark and a logo permanently affixed to the product or, failing that, the packaging; stickers do not count. We have it applied at the factory and provide unretouched photo evidence; the decision rests with Amazon.
Should I register my trademark in China?
If you manufacture there, it is prudent: China registers trademarks on a first-to-file basis. Our partner advisors can assess a filing with the Chinese office (CNIPA).
Can you be our responsible person in the EU?
This role requires a written mandate and carries its own liability: we refer you to providers established in the EU and incorporate their details.
We already have an agency: can you start from their files?
Yes: technical adaptation, statements checklist, print proof sign-off and factory inspection; one set of brand guidelines for all your suppliers.
