Why now

The rules have changed. Preparation now starts at the factory.

  1. December 2024

    In the EU, the online offer of a consumer product must show an image that identifies it (GPSR regulation, Art. 19).

  2. January 2026

    In the US, Amazon no longer labels or prepackages units sent to FBA: prep is back on the seller, and therefore on the factory.

  3. July 2026

    Same end of FBA prep in Europe, the UK included, and in Canada.

  4. January 31, 2027

    Google Merchant Center will require product images of at least 500 × 500 px.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can I take only part of the offering?

Yes: branding, packaging, photos, product listings and preparation can be ordered separately. Built into the end-to-end service, they run in sequence with nothing for you to coordinate.

Do you work only for Amazon?

No. Amazon (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe), Shopify, Google Shopping, Zalando, bol.com, retail: every deliverable is prepared according to the requirements published by each platform as of the delivery date.

Do you file my trademark?

Filing is handled by partner intellectual property firms: EU, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and China if you manufacture there. We coordinate. Amazon Brand Registry requires a registered or pending trademark.

Do you provide barcodes?

You join GS1 in your own name and remain the license holder for your codes; depending on your status (Brand Representative in Brand Registry or reseller), a GS1 code alone or an Amazon label. We assign one code per variant, integrate it into the artwork and verify that it scans at the factory.

How much does it cost?

A flat fee per product (SKU) for photos and product listings, per project for branding, on request after the brief, or built into the end-to-end service.
