How the team is organized.
Leadership & divisions
The two co-founders and eight division heads: industrial, textile, automotive, electronics, home, packaging, cosmetics and product development. Each has 10 to 20 years of experience in their industry.
Project managers
Twelve trilingual project managers (English, Mandarin and French, German or Spanish), based in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Paris, organized by time zone to cover Europe and North America. A single point of contact per client, from brief to delivery.
Inspection & quality
Eighteen in-house trained inspectors, an independent quality manager who audits inspections, a measurement lab in Shenzhen.
Logistics & support
Five logistics coordinators, a lawyer specializing in Chinese contract law, two accountants, an IT team that builds your client portal.

- Signing of an anti-corruption charter: no gifts, no commissions, no ties to factories
