Yes: every client working with NOVASEA gets Bridge at no extra cost, with unlimited users. Advanced API integrations are covered by a dedicated support package.
Do my factories have to use Bridge?
They are invited to, with limited access, in Chinese. Our teams remain the main point of contact: nothing is blocked if a factory prefers e-mail.
Can I track shipments that NOVASEA does not arrange?
Yes: add a container or B/L number, and Bridge tracks the vessel like any other.
Can I try before signing?
