Our inspectors are already in the factory. The shoot follows the inspection.
The batch is inspected, then our photographer works on compliant production units, at the factory or in our Shenzhen studio, with no sample to ship: the product photographed is the one your customer receives. Your files usually arrive during ocean freight, according to the schedule agreed in the quote.

Frequently asked questions.
Are the photos taken on the actual products?
Yes, on production units that passed pre-shipment inspection. Before launch, on the golden sample, then we reshoot the production run if it differs.
Who owns the rights?
Your photos are taken by our salaried photographer, and NOVASEA assigns the rights to you in writing with every delivery: reproduction, representation and adaptation rights, on all media, including online marketplaces and print, worldwide, for the full legal term of copyright. Depending on the law governing the contract, a signed assignment (UK, US) and a waiver of moral rights where the law allows.
What happens to the units photographed?
Your choice: repacked in their original packaging and shipped with the batch, or kept as reference samples.
Will Amazon accept your photos?
They are prepared to the requirements published by each platform as of the delivery date; acceptance remains their decision, as does your account's eligibility for video.
Do you use AI?
No image generated without your written consent; any generated content is flagged.
