We check safety components (brakes, limiters, limit switches, chains and cables), have static and dynamic load tests performed at the factory, measure the thickness and welds of load-bearing elements, and review the technical file, load plate, manual and accessory certificates. For racking, we require the structural calculation report and the assembly drawing before production.

Do the forklifts arrive ready to use?
Yes: mast mounted, batteries prepared according to transport regulations, charger matched to your power supply, manual in your language. Commissioning and operator training take place on site; we can coordinate them.
Can you equip a warehouse with racking?
Yes: load calculation, layout plan, manufacturing, guards and load plates. Installation is handled by local installers; we prepare packing by zone to make it easier.
What about on-site regulatory inspections?
Commissioning and periodic inspections are the user's responsibility, under each country's rules (LOLER in the UK, OSHA in the US, inspection bodies in Europe). We provide the documents your inspector will need.
Which rules apply to these products?
