Can a Chinese tractor be driven on the road in Europe?
Yes, if it has a type approval valid in the country of sale and a Stage V approved engine. We verify these documents before any offer: without them, registration becomes long and uncertain.
Can you supply parts for my existing fleet?
Yes, as aftermarket parts: shares, knives, tines, PTO shafts, filters, drivetrain parts. We start from your part numbers or samples and verify material and hardness.
When should I order for the season?
Allow several months between order and delivery: manufacturing, testing and ocean freight. We build the schedule backward from your on-sale date.
Are spraying drones allowed?
In the EU, aerial pesticide spraying is in principle prohibited, unless a derogation applies. We check the rules of the country of use before proposing a model; mapping and surveillance drones fall under aviation regulations only.
What rules apply to these products?
To be sold in Europe, a tractor must be type-approved (Regulation (EU) 167/2013) with a Stage V engine; mounted implements and sprayers fall under machinery regulations, which impose specific environmental requirements on sprayers. Aerial spraying, drones included, is in principle prohibited in the EU, unless a derogation applies (Directive 2009/128/EC). In North America, engines must meet EPA Tier 4 standards.
