Uncertified PPE is protection that exists only on the label.
A cut-resistant glove that doesn't hold its rating, a shoe whose toe cap fails on impact, a high-visibility jacket that loses its retroreflection after washing, a harness with an expired certificate: in PPE, documentary fraud is common and its consequences are human.

Our teams, as close to the factories as possible.
We start by verifying every certificate with the body that supposedly issued it: validity, models covered, manufacturing factory. We audit the factories, have samples lab-tested and then draw production samples for testing in an accredited lab (EN 388 for gloves, EN ISO 20345 for footwear, EN ISO 20471 for high visibility, EN 361 for harnesses, equivalent ANSI and ASTM standards for North America), and we check marking, instructions and the EU declaration of conformity for every batch. For fire equipment, we verify country-specific certifications and organize transport for fire extinguishers, which are classified as dangerous goods.

What we take care of.
EU type-examination, notified body, covered models and manufacturing factory checked; no certificate accepted on a simple copy.
Cut, abrasion and puncture resistance, toe cap impact, retroreflection, strap strength, on samples and then on production batch samples.
CE or UKCA marking, EN ISO standards; ANSI/ISEA, ASTM F2413 and NIOSH in the United States, CSA in Canada.
Size charts by market, wear trials, compatibility between helmet, glasses and hearing protection.
Extinguishers, detection and signaling according to each country's standards (EN 3, EN 54, ISO 7010), transport of pressurized equipment.
Complete private-label ranges: products (SKUs), sizes, marking, multilingual instructions, labeling and packaging for the shelf.

Frequently asked questions.
Who is responsible for PPE compliance?
The manufacturer and the importer, each with specific obligations; for a range sold under your brand, you are considered the manufacturer. We build the technical file with the factory and the notified body and explain your obligations, without taking over your responsibility.
Can you supply category III PPE?
Yes: fall protection, respiratory protection, chemical-protective gloves. These products require an EU type-examination and ongoing production surveillance by a notified body; we only work with factories that hold these for the models concerned.
Are workwear items covered?
Yes: workwear, high-visibility clothing, protection against heat, flame or chemicals, with the corresponding tests and sizes suited to each market.
What about respiratory protection for the US?
A respirator must be NIOSH-approved there: we verify the approval of the exact model, not just the manufacturer's.
What rules apply to these products?
In Europe, Regulation (EU) 2016/425 classifies PPE into three categories; categories II and III require an EU type-examination by a notified body, and category III (fall protection, respiratory protection) ongoing production surveillance. The UK applies its own rules, North America its ANSI, ASTM and CSA standards and NIOSH approvals.
