In HVAC, the energy label is verified on the test bench.
An overstated performance coefficient, a refrigerant about to be banned, a heat pump whose performance is certified by no recognized body, a stove whose emissions exceed the thresholds: in heating and cooling, non-compliance is discovered by the end customer, and it costs you an installation.

Our teams, as close to the factories as possible.
China accounts for a large share of global production, around Zhuhai, Foshan (Shunde) and Qingdao, home to major air-conditioning and home-appliance manufacturers. There we select factories with their own laboratories (calorimetric chambers, performance benches), verify certificates with the issuing bodies and have power, coefficient of performance, noise levels and airtightness measured on samples. For cold rooms and industrial units, we check the thickness and density of insulated panels, compressors and refrigeration components, then attend pre-shipment testing. Manuals, energy labels and documentation are prepared for Europe, the UK and North America.

What we take care of.
Capacity, SCOP and SEER, sound level, defrost: tests on samples in a factory or accredited laboratory.
Refrigerant selected under the F-Gas Regulation and the AIM Act, charge stated, leak-tightness tested, labeling verified.
CE, UKCA, HP Keymark, AHRI, UL or ETL depending on the market; certificates verified with the issuing bodies.
Boilers, burners and stoves: efficiency, emissions and safety features verified to the standards of the country of sale.
Insulated panels (thickness, density, fire reaction), condensing units and compressors, pull-down tests before dispatch.
Electronic boards, compressors, sensors and fans in spare-parts stock, wiring diagrams and fault codes documented.
How we work.
Range & markets
Power ratings, fluids, required certifications, brand and languages, volumes and selling season.
Factories & quotes
Pre-selection of factories equipped with laboratories, audit, quotes compared landed destination.
Samples & testing
Performance and noise measurements, verification of certificates, validation of documentation.
Production & inspection
During-production and pre-shipment inspection with functional tests, loading check, delivery before the season.
Frequently asked questions.
Can you produce air conditioners under my brand?
Yes: many factories manufacture under private label, with the front panel, remote control, app and manuals in your colors. We check that the certificates actually cover the models and the brand you will sell.
Which refrigerant should I choose for Europe?
It depends on the type of unit and its charge: the F-gas regulation sets bans by category and by date. For each product (SKU), we check that the refrigerant will remain permitted throughout your entire sales period.
Do you build custom cold rooms?
Yes: dimensions, panel thickness, doors, refrigeration unit and controls to your drawing, with pre-assembly at the factory if needed and packing by site.
Do you deliver before the season?
That is the critical point: we schedule orders backward from your sales peak (summer for air conditioning, fall for heating) and monitor production every week.
Which rules apply to these products?
The rules change fast: F-gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573, which progressively restricts high-global-warming-potential refrigerants, ecodesign and energy labeling, the Pressure Equipment Directive for refrigeration circuits, and in the US the AIM Act, which organizes the shift to lower-impact refrigerants.
