Deliverable: 3 to 5 audited factories, compared quotes, reasoned recommendation. Timeline: 2 to 4 weeks.
Samples & contract
Deliverable: gap report, sealed golden sample, signed contract (price, lead times, penalties, ownership, NNN). Timeline: 2 to 6 weeks.
Production monitoring
Deliverable: schedule updated weekly, during-production inspection, alerts. Duration: the production run.
Final quality control
Deliverable: AQL report with photos, measurements and tests; shipping authorization or rework plan. Timeline: 24 hours.
Logistics & close-out
Deliverable: shipping file, online tracking, customs clearance by our partners, delivery to your dock or your 3PL, mission report.
