How much does NOVASEA cost?
From 8% to 3% of the purchase value depending on your volumes, or a flat fee for a one-off assignment (inspection from $310 excl. tax per man-day). No markup on the factory price — full details on the Pricing page.
Is there a minimum volume?
The full end-to-end service starts at $16,500 in purchases per year. Audits and inspections have no minimum.
How long until I get a quote?
A first costed analysis within 2 business days, then comparative factory quotes within 2 to 3 weeks.
Who owns the molds and the design?
The supplier contract states that molds you pay for and your designs belong to you, backed by an NNN agreement under Chinese law (non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention).
Do you work outside Europe?
Yes: Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Switzerland. Service contract in your jurisdiction, a single invoice in EUR, USD, GBP or HKD. In the United States and Canada, your company remains the importer of record: duties and taxes are paid on your behalf and re-invoiced at cost.
